Where does Moon Drive operate?
Moon Drive is available in Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy. Each territory has its own fares, time zone and local address database.
How is the fare calculated?
The fare depends on the category you choose and on the real road route, not a straight-line estimate. It is computed and then shown in the app before you confirm the order: what you see when you order is what you pay.
Does Moon Drive take a commission on rides?
No. Moon Drive takes no commission on the fare. The platform earns only through a flat monthly subscription paid by the driver, which leaves the driver the entire proceeds of every trip.
What is the difference between ride-hailing and Taxi in the app?
The Eco, Confort and Van categories are ride-hailing trips with the price announced in advance. The Taxi category is a licensed taxi whose fare is set by prefectural decree and capped by the regulation in force.
Can I book a ride in advance?
Yes. Scheduled booking is available at least 3 hours before the desired pickup time. The territory’s time zone is applied automatically, which matters in French Guiana as it runs on UTC−3.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in the app by bank card. The fare is collected by the platform then paid out to the driver’s account. A downloadable receipt is generated after every trip.
