Does Moon Drive take a commission on rides?
No. Moon Drive takes no commission on the fare. The platform earns only through a flat monthly subscription paid by the driver, which leaves the driver the entire proceeds of every trip.
What is the difference between ride-hailing and Taxi in the app?
The Eco, Confort and Van categories are ride-hailing trips with the price announced in advance. The Taxi category is a licensed taxi whose fare is set by prefectural decree and capped by the regulation in force.
How long does it take for a driver to arrive?
It depends on how many drivers are around you when you order. The app shows the number of drivers available nearby before you confirm, then a continuously updated arrival time once the ride is accepted.
How do I become a Moon Drive driver?
You need a compliant professional status, a valid VTC card or taxi parking authorisation, professional insurance and a suitable vehicle. You create your account in the app, submit your documents for verification, then activate your monthly subscription.
